Which aspect of your role are you the most passionate about?
DT:
Performing....

BB:
What is your primary objective for the year?
DT:
As every year since I was 8years old, to maintain or improve my standard of performance.

BB:
What has gone well for you so far this year?
DT:
I've been playing on my YORK Eminence Euphonium for 15 months now and it seems to respond better and better as time goes by!

BB:
If you could change one thing about your role, what would it be?
DT:
I'd move the bandroom next-door to my house...

BB:
Can you give an example of something that has happened to you that we can all learn from?
DT:
Realising from a young age that hard work and lots of practice is the only way to become a successful professional player, and even then a little bit of luck is needed!

What is your Favourite film / TV programme?
DT:
Film: The Usual Suspects TV: 24/Lost/The West Wing

BB:
What is you favourite food / drink?
DT:
Curry/coke zero or if you talk to my partner Becca its salads/fruit juice!

BB:
What is your favourite car?
DT:
Porsche Cayenne - you can easily fit three euphoniums in the boot.....

BB:
What is your favourite holiday destination?
DT:
Visiting my mum in Spain.

Favourite non-musical pastime / ways to relax?
DT:
